VIREO™
Spray applied waterproofing membrane
Bramal’s VIREO™ offers you the ability to realize a sound and responsible investment for your building all while maintaining a competitive economic advantage.
VIREO™ is a seamless, cold, spray applied membrane. VIREO™ is a specially formulated product with equal parts of high quality liquid polymer and recycled tire polymer. The membrane offers superior mechanical properties (see technical data sheet), unique protection against U.V exposure due to it’s white finish, Class A fire rating and exceptional adherence capabilities to most commercially available substrates. VIREO™ meets or surpasses building code requirements erected by the CCMC (in Canada). In summary, our membrane eclipses all competition in terms of price and performance.
In order to have VIREO™ applied on your building, simply contact a Bramal certified roofing contractor. Once a contractor has been chosen, a Bramal application trailer containing the liquid VIREO™ product is delivered to the worksite and is ready to be applied.
VIREO™, Bramal’s commitment to the “environomic” principle.
VIREO™ is an economically viable solution, in fact it is less expensive than 80% of the competition. Through lengthy research & development our chemists have achieved the perfect product formulation, our purchasing agents have lowered the price of our membrane through volume price discounting, and our engineers have replaced the archaic installation methods with simplicity in mind. The application of VIREO™ has been heavily automated so as to render the installation process as efficient and cost effective as possible. We are one of the first to offer “turn key” roofing solutions. Since Bramal Inc. is ISO 9001-2000 certified, it is our duty to offer the client an experience which truly reflects their needs.
High quality polymer products require high quality components. Bramal closes the materials loop by recycling tire polymer and incorporating it into our membrane at 50% content. This provides an economic advantage to our client and reduces the environmental burden to our society.
Bramal has worked relentlessly at achieving this objective. This is the essence of the “environomic principle.”
